A full refurbishment of private apartment  - Andora, Liguria, Italy

Rearrangement and restructuring of a 100 sqm apartment from the early 70ties into an efficient and modern flat, maximizing the spaces and natural light. A new spacious living area is opening up to the new kitchen. Separated by generous sliding glass doors the spaces are illuminated from opposite sides. The old bathroom layout has been redesigned to two new bathrooms, the main bathroom and one en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. Storage spaces have been maximized with bespoke build-in furniture. A new laundry has been created within a build in wardrobe.
